How To Track Your Order & Our Returns Policy
We ship all of our products using UPS or FedEx and approximate delivery time is 3-5 business days after the date of order. Before contacting us please wait up to 7 business for days as there may be shipping delays or a small stock shortage.
Tracking numbers are usually sent within 24 business hours however can sometimes take longer. The number will be sent by email.
Once you have your tracking number you can track via: www.usps.com or www.fedex.com depending on which service is used for your delivery. If you have a tracking number and it's saying "no results", please wait 24 hours as your tracking probably has not been entered into the shipping companies system yet.
We have a no questions asked 60 day refund guarantee. To make a refund claim please return the product at the buyers expense in the original packaging to the below address within 60 days of the purchase date. After your product has been returned we will issue the refund within 24 hours.
